By using this website and submitting the Free Website Plan form, you agree to the following terms.

Free Website Plan

The Free Website Plan is a non-binding recommendation based on the information you provide. Submitting it does not commit you to a project, and does not commit us to accept the engagement.

Engagements and scope

Project pricing, scope, deliverables, deposit amount, and timelines are confirmed in a written quote before work begins. The main offer is a one-time managed build with no monthly contract required.

Deposits and payment

• A deposit is required before any planning or build work begins.
• Launch package: C$750 deposit.
• Standard package: C$1,250 deposit.
• Max package: C$2,500 minimum deposit.
• Remaining balance is due before final publishing/launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All pricing is in Canadian dollars (C$) and excludes applicable taxes.

Revisions and changes

• One structured revision round is included by default.
• Additional revisions, pages, sections, or features are quoted separately before work resumes.
• Out-of-scope requests are not started until they are confirmed in writing.

What the client provides

• Assets, content, brand information, photos, and any required access in a usable, timely manner.
• Timely feedback during scoped review windows so the project can stay on schedule.
• Third-party costs (domain registration, premium fonts, paid integrations, stock media, transactional services, etc.) are paid by the client unless explicitly included in the written quote.

What LeadLayer AI manages

• LeadLayer AI manages the website system: build, hosting/publishing setup, technical configuration, updates, forms, and ongoing technical maintenance.
• The first year of managed hosting/support is included with every build.
• By default, clients do not receive website builder, editor, or source-code access. LeadLayer AI manages the website system. Transfer or export is only provided if explicitly requested, technically possible, and paid for separately.
• There is no "lifetime support" and no "unlimited edits" — managed support is structured and scoped.

Year-two renewal

After year one, continued managed hosting/support renews yearly at a fixed published rate:

• Launch: C$199/year
• Standard: C$299/year
• Max: C$499+/year (scope-dependent)

Renewal is optional. If the client declines renewal, managed hosting/support ends and the client is responsible for arranging their own hosting and maintenance going forward.

Ownership

The client owns their domain, business assets, email accounts, leads, Google Business Profile, and any third-party payment or booking accounts registered in the client's name, unless separately agreed in writing. LeadLayer AI retains the right to manage the delivered website system as described above.

No guarantees of results

We build the website structure, copy, forms, and conversion path. Traffic, market demand, offer quality, reputation, pricing, and follow-up speed all affect outcomes. LeadLayer AI does not guarantee specific leads, search rankings, or sales.

Checkout and pricing

There is no public self-serve checkout. Pricing is confirmed per project in a written quote based on scope before payment is requested.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through our forms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLayer AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
