Free Website Plan

The Free Website Plan is a non-binding recommendation based on the information you provide. Submitting it does not commit you to a project, and does not commit us to accept the engagement.

Engagements and scope

Project pricing, scope, deliverables, deposit, and timelines are confirmed in a written quote before work begins. The main offer is a one-time build with no monthly contract required.

• 50% deposit is typically required to schedule a build.
• One revision round is included by default.
• Hosting, domain, and third-party tool costs are paid by the client directly.
• Ongoing maintenance is not included unless separately scoped.

Ownership

After final payment and handoff, the client owns the delivered website. Third-party accounts (hosting, domain, tools) remain in the client's name.

No guarantees of results

We build the website structure, copy, forms, and conversion path. Traffic, market demand, offer quality, reputation, pricing, and follow-up speed all affect outcomes. We do not guarantee specific leads, revenue, or rankings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through our forms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLayer AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
