Refund Policy

This policy explains how LeadLayer AI handles deposits, completed work, and third-party costs. By submitting a deposit you agree to the terms below.
Deposits
Deposits may be refundable only if work has not started and no planning, strategy, design, build, or setup work has been completed. Once work begins, deposits become non-refundable because project time and resources have been reserved.
Balance and final publishing
The remaining balance is due before final publishing/launch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Completed or launched work
Refunds are not available for work that has been completed, approved by the client, or launched/published.
Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties (domain registrars, payment processors, premium fonts, paid integrations, stock media, etc.) are not refundable by LeadLayer AI.
No guarantees of results
LeadLayer AI does not guarantee specific leads, search rankings, or sales. Refunds are not offered based on the business outcomes a website does or does not produce.

Refund questions or disputes can be sent to hello@leadlayerai.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve concerns in good faith.
