Managed Workflow Operations

Case-by-case

Keep the improvements working—and know when something needs attention.

After an improvement goes live, someone has to watch it, catch exceptions and keep it useful as your business changes.

The problem: Automations and integrations drift: a vendor changes something, data quality slips, or an exception goes unnoticed until a customer complains.

What the service can include

  • Workflow monitoring and reliability checks
  • Exception tracking with clear ownership and escalation
  • Regular performance reporting
  • Authorized maintenance and small improvements within agreed scope
  • Re-evaluation of AI output quality where AI is used
  • Cost and usage monitoring for connected tools

Defined in your contract

  • Support hours and coverage
  • Response objectives and incident severity levels
  • What work is included and what is a change request
  • Fees

Handover and exit

  • Documentation kept current
  • Your accounts and data remain under your control
  • A defined exit procedure so you or another provider can take over

Vendor limitations

Many workflows depend on third-party software. We can monitor and escalate, but we cannot guarantee another vendor's availability or changes.

Boundaries we state up front

  • This is a proposed service, offered case by case after an implementation.
  • No unlimited changes, guaranteed uptime or 24/7 support.
  • No public price; coverage and fees are agreed in writing.

Start with a Business Performance Review

Complimentary for qualified companies. You describe the problem; we review what you share plus public information and reply with preliminary observations and whether a next step makes sense. It is not an internal audit, and we do not ask for system access. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
