When you submit our Free Website Plan form, we collect:

• Business name, website URL, and city if you provide them
• Your answers about the build you need, goals, budget, and timeline
• Basic technical data such as referrer, UTM parameters, and user agent

How we use it

Your information is used only to review your website request and contact you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Storage

Submissions are stored in our managed backend infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized team members.

Email

We may send transactional email related to your request (recommendations, follow-up, quotes). You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses minimal first-party storage required to run forms and remember your in-progress intake. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic.

Your rights (Quebec Law 25 / Canada)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time. Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canadian privacy regulations, you have the right to know what data we store, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it.
